PTFE ( Teflon ) sheet is the mostly consumed category of florin plastics, Which has the lowest coefficient of friction in all the engineering plastics. It has the excellent chemical corrosion-resistance, which is able to endure all kind of chemistry material. And it has rather good electricity-resistance, which is not affected by the temperature and is called" King of plastics". PTFE sheets can be divided to five kinds: pure virgin PTFE sheet, expanded PTFE sheet, Moldable PTFE sheets, Skived PTFE Sheets, Modified PTFE Sheet

Expanded PTFE Sheet
Expanded PTFE Sheet is a high performance sheet gasket material made of multi-directionally expanded virgin PTFE. It is a soft, form-in-place gasket material that conforms to almost any sealing surface. It is capable of withstanding a wide range of pressure, temperature and chemical environments. Due to its highly fibrillated microstructure, it has excellent creep resistance compared with other PTFE products.

Moldable PTFE sheets and Skived PTFE Sheets 
PTFE skived Sheet is manufactured by technique of compacting, sintering, rotary cutting with PTFE granular resin. It has good dielectric performance and non-aging, best anti chemistry corrosion ability and wide applying intension range.
PTFE molded sheet is manufactured by molding process with PTFE regular resin and sintering. It is very suitable for seals, lining, diaphragm, spacer guide and bearing pad for bridge.

Even if PTFE products have excellent properties, like high/low temperature resistance, chemcial resistance, weathering resistance, dielectric superiority and high lubricity, sometimes we still need to improve its hardness, wear resistance, creep resistance and dimensional stability.
 
Filled PTFE products has more outstanding performance by adding filler such as carbon, graphite, bronze, glass fiber, carbon fiber, MOS2, PEEK, PI, POB BaSO4, SiO2,  glass bead, polyamide, etc.
