Spiral wound gaskets (SWG) offered by Ningbo Rilson Sealing Material Co., Ltd. are highly versatile and popular due to their wide range of styles and sizes. These gaskets can be fabricated from various metals, making them suitable for use against a wide range of corrosive mediums. They are capable of withstanding temperatures from cryogenic levels up to 2000ºF (1093ºC) and can be used across all pressure ranges, including vacuum and up to 2500 pressure class flange ratings.

Our spiral wound gaskets are available in variable densities, catering to different sealing stress requirements. From low-density gaskets suitable for vacuum services to high-density gaskets with a seating stress of approximately 30,000 psi (207 MPa), we offer a solution for various applications. The softer gaskets require a seating stress of around 5,000 psi (34 MPa), ensuring a secure seal.
