Spiral wound gaskets (SWG) offered by Ningbo Rilson Sealing Material Co., Ltd. are highly versatile and popular due to their wide range of styles and sizes. These gaskets can be made from various metals, allowing them to be used with a wide range of corrosive mediums. They are suitable for temperatures ranging from cryogenic to 2000ºF (1093ºC) and can handle pressures from vacuum to 2500 pressure class flange ratings.

Our spiral wound gaskets can be customized with variable densities, from low density for vacuum service to high density gaskets with a seating stress of approximately 30,000 psi (207 MPa). The softer gaskets require a seating stress of around 5,000 psi (34 MPa).
